Decent unit--bad packaging
As other reviews have noted, the packaging of this is the luck of the draw. This is the second unit I've purchased; the first came in a nice, tight well-wrapped box, everything well protected. This second unit, which arrived okay and is working, was not nearly as well protected. No interior protection for the computer. very thing cardboard box for everything. Thankfully the keyboard sacrificed itself to protect the computer. Good thing I have a spare keyboard. Otherwise, a nice little computer. Easily upgrades to Windows 7.

Luck of the Draw
Orderred this computer because I wanted something cheap to replace and old computer for my mom who only emails and does very limited web surfing. First unit arrived and ceased to work almost immediately. Packing was horrible. Does not hold the computer well, it has room to slide around in the package. Return process was easy and second unit works well but was also packaged poorly.

Just what I was looking for
I had a very specific need when it came to a new PC, and this one fit the bill fantastically. The only complaint about it that I had was all the Windows XP updates I had to do to it when I got it, but other than that it works well. I'm very pleased with this product.
