Replaced an HDD in a PS3
Worked perfectly. 7200 RPM speed might have reduced load times very slightly, but nothing too drastic. Noise level is comparable, and no issues with heat so far. Great price, and increased my capacity from 40 GB to 500.

Excellent Product
Replaced a smaller hd in an older laptop and brought it went right in and worked as advertized. I was going to replace the laptop, but don't have to now.

Hitachi drive in a Toshiba laptop
This disk drive was used as a replacement drive in a Toshiba Laptop. Installation was flawless. So far the performance is the same as the previous Hitatchi drive. One thing to remember: turn off the notifcation message on your laptop. everytime the laptop was moved, the Hard drive sensed this and parked the heads. The message gets annoying!
