Great all around tablet but a bit pricey.
I really like My A7 which I have had for about 6 months now. I have always thought they were a bit over priced tho. The ports are a plus but no dock is available yet for it. ROM Mods are available and fairly simple to install so the android market will be available. I don't understand why it isn't straight out of the box but at least it is a fairly simple fix. Elocity has announce the A7+ on Nov 9th with an actual Capacitive Multitouch Screen which has been long over due and a much reduced price of $229.99 retail.

eLocity A7 7
After months of research I purchased one at Christmas as a gift for my wife. Although it didn't have the Google Marketplace at the time I was not worried and in Feb I found and installed a mod that is easily found via a google search specifically for the elocity. Since installing the mod I have purchased another A7 for my grand daughter and also showed it to my neighbor who's Kindle died. These are awesome products. I have installed movies, music, photos, PDF cookbooks and much more. My wife also downloads books just like Kindle users. These are a very solid and fast tablet that I highly recommend. They are high quality and alot of bang for the buck - specially when you consider all the ports and the Tegra2 processor.

Simply doesn't work
No access to Android market, Skype crashes, spotty internet connection, couldn't get any further than that.

Good deal.. not very useful right out of the box
The hardware is quite worthy of the cost involved but the state of Android (without Android Market) is not much of a worthy part of this deal. The stability of the tablet is not one of the brightest points of the deal but the Video & Audio performance and Froyo (Flash support) are deal-winners. Definitely a worthy deal at $300!
