Works great when they work
I upgraded from 2 of these to 4 of these. 3 of them work beautifully and the 4th I had to return because of random BSOD errors it was causing. Other than that one problem, these are install and forget about them. I've not had any other problems and performance seems to be solid without any overheating even when stressed hard in benchmarking or games.

, what else R lies?
Memory is all about the same. Kingstone, Corsair all make good product. Patriot offers a rebate to get you to try and they lie about sending it. Not worth dealing with them just because of that.

8 gigs for under $80
Had 4 gigs in my new machine and sometimes I would bog down. Added 4 more and my system never has less than 25% free. I can do simultaneous deep virus scans on all the machines on the network and still work on other stuff.

Very good Deal
I had one 4 gig stick in a kit that I bought and put together in May 2011. It works great so I bought a second 4 gig stick for a total of 8 gigs of memory. Works as promised!
