Decent value for a well-performing heater
The unit came with directions that were somewhat unclear and confusing, and the hardware (nuts, screws, bolts, etc.) were not well marked. I ended up having to use these parts in my best guess of where they fit. Once assembled, however, the units (we bought two of them) performed beautifully. The heat they put out during a party we hosted allowed our guests to enjoy our back patio.
