No Regrets
Arrived on time, easy to assemble. So far, works first time, every time. I found I had to secure it when not in use. On a windy day, it tipped over, but no damage.

Excellent Product
I got this heater to place by the pool to warm up after swimming on cool nights. It arrived in about one week, well packaged. Works great and was easy to set up. All parts were supplied. Granted, it's easier if you are used to following setup instructions from past experiences but if you take your time to try to understand the instruction sheet all should go well. You get plenty of heat and the drain on the propane tank is not bad. Please read and understand the start-up procedure to turn the unit on. Some complaints are due to misunderstanding the procedure which is very specific but provides a safety element for your protection. The unit is very attractive and shows no sign of wear after a month outdoors. We ordered a full cover for winter storage which i do suggest. In summary, I am very satisfied.

My 2nd patio heater almost identical to what I purchased earlier from another website, looks great. The price is right!
