Non Compatible
I thought loking at the detailed specs this would be compatible with a Compaq Laptop. It wasn't, now I am stuck with some useless memory.
Another Great Purchase
My older laptop has a max of 1g memory it recognizes and I only had 512 in 2 sockets. I needed more memory to run my linux system Red hat Fedora 15. The new memory arrived, I removed the back cover, unplugged the old memory, plugged in the new, replaced the cover, and booted up. The new mem worked just as it should. Cudos to this company again for a great product at a great price.
