Not a good refurbished printer
Worked only for few weeks and then start having problems. Had to contact HP, good thing they were helpful, send me another one refurbished, but it had problems too.

Fail
Out of the past 2 weeks I have used this machine it has successfully printed out ONE piece of paper.. Between repetitive jamming and it not even printing the document saying that it has Low ink after printing out that one piece of paper.. it has be extremely unsatisfactory. I have went to the website and worked on multiple issues concerning this printer and it still bugs out. I would not recommend at all.

DOA, but replaced
This was DOA, but replaced by HP. It took an hour to convince the HP tech person that this was actually not functioning. Once I was swithched to a supervisor, they processed the replacement immediately. Replacement working as described.

Love It!
Even though it was classified as refurbished, you would never know it; it looked brand new in all of the original wrappings. GREAT BARGIN.
