Makes using more than one 3.0 device simple
With only one 3.0 port it makes using more than one device so much better. I have one in my work kit and one for my home. They are just what I need to run my printer, scanner and skype system.

What a relief
After getting a new MacBook Pro (late 2012) and only have 1 USB 3 port...I was getting time of having to switch out cables, along with worry of wearing the port out. This hub has been perfect.

Hub quit working
Have owned the hub for more than a year with no problems until yesterday when the unit stopped working all together.

Junk. Defective twice. Avoid!
1st hub failed at 32 day. Hub failed while transfering files to USB3 thumb drive! Jumped thru hoops for USRobotics to exchange. 2nd unit inoperative out of box,I have 2 PC's with USB3. Still need a USB 3 hub. Do not purchase unless you enjoy wasting time with Device Manager, corrupt folders, and Mobo utilities...

Hangs my HP Notebook on boot
This hub works well if I disconnect it on boot of my system and then plug it in after I get past the BIOS load. If I forget to unplug it from the computer then it hangs and I need to power cycle the computer. Despite this glitch it works well.
