Cheap Quality
I bought three of those mugs. Two of them worked for about two weeks and then stopped working, I thought it was a fuse issue but it was not. One of the two got loose when I was cleaning it and I saw the inside parts and saw the wires are burnt. The third one the wire is stuch to the mug and I can't pull it out. But it's still working for the second week so far.

Best travel mug ever
We love this travel mug. After we plug it in it takes 30 to get hot. We put in a tea bag and share it as we travel. I high recommend this as a great gift for people who like to have a hot drink while eating a sweet snack while traveling. When we start our trip in the morning we sometimes take a bottle of warm water to put in the mug which doesn't take as long to get hot. It's a great product.
