I've had better
No installation instructions or users manual. Ran CD and the autorun said it installed everything. Rebooted as prompted to. Plugged in cable and Windows complained about unrecognized usb device. Tried to run GoSuite from start menu and nothing.

Didn't Work
Arrived with the what I assumed was software on a disk that was broken and couldn't retrieve anything off it. Showed a removable drive on each machine but could not access the other. Didn't make sense because it was a 1 gig removable drive!! Contacted the company....had a better Sabrent before which was plug and play. I thinki this is faulty.

Poor Quality
If you can get it to work it is fine. BUT, the quality is junk. The wire pulled out of the business end of the cord about the second time I removed it from my computer. I installed the drivers but they have never worked by simply selecting the device with my mouse. I have to disconnect the cable on both ends and reconnect it to get my computers to connect. This is a trouble shooting method for the device. Once I was able to get my second computer to use the Internet through the cord but I never got it to work a second time. I've had it now about three weeks and I need to find a replacement for it.
