Installed easily. I have it configured to send and receive jumbo 9K frames to and from my DLINK NAS. No problems to date.

This is a very strong and stable NIC and works hysterically well under Windows XP64. There is some Linux support, but if you're running Karmic Koala or any Ubuntu after 8.10 you can forget about it. I have been told by marvell tech support that Kernel 2.6.31 is not supported at all. Latest drivers at marvell-dot-com; Maybe marvell will get it's act together, maybe it won't. Until then, avoid this NIC if you're an Ubuntu user; It's a great deal if you're Windows only.

The installation disk would not run when installing on 2008 windows Server R2 but once I got the drivers manually inastalled, it worked fine. I would buy more as needed.

I used this NIC as a third ethernet adapter for a Windows Server 2008 (64 Bit) system. As a PCI card it was much less expensive than a server network adapter. Installation was easy with the certified, supported driver and the card has been performing flawlessly. I had previously tried two name brand standard PCI cards but they would not install because of a lack of certified drivers.
works but !

Needed a couple of re-boots, but was recognized and ran just fine. Did have to un-reinstall my sound card. Lots of stuff to look at. Might actually take time and learn what they do.
