Excellent combo.
I suggest anyone that wants a high performing pc start by selecting a Soyo Ultra Dragon motherboard, I even checked the Soyo site and they have Ultra Dragons for all types including P4's. I will be getting Ultra Dragons from Soyo for every PC I build.
The processor also performs quite nicely and this motherboard supports overclocking fairly easy.
