not sure on win7 and 8
works, but haven't gotten this to work on incoming fax yet on win 7 and 8

Didn't work with Win 7
With Windows 7 it would start to receive a fax then indicate an error. The phone line would remain as busy. Tried changing the settings with no improvements.

USB 3 Compatibility Problem
Granted that this is a USB 2.0 modem, but it should be compatible with a USB 3 port. On my Lenovo system it would only work on the USB 2.0 port. Otherwise, it works fine.
