Peripheral Enhancements Corporation's memory upgrades are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to function in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and no warranty or liability exists for loss of any data or for software, nor for damage to computer hardware, caused during or after installation of the product.
No warranty or guarantee of any kind shall exist for repair, replacement or refund of any item damaged directly or indirectly as a result of installation or use of the product. Acceptance of this product constitutes purchaser's agreement that Peripheral's sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair or replacement of the product or refund of the full original purchase price, at Peripheral's option. Under no circumstances whatsoever will more than the full original purchase price of the product be deemed payable, regardless of the circumstances causing the claim. No warranty exists for damage or destruction of a willful nature, caused deliberately by any person or arising from use of the product for anything other than its intended use by the manufacturer and/or distributor.
No warranty exists for repairs of any damages caused by natural disasters or acts of God, including electrical surges or static electricity emissions. No warranty exists for damages resulting from modifications made to the product by any unauthorized person.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Peripheral Enhancements Corporation will repair or replace defective products, at our option, under the terms of the product's limited Warranty printed in this brochure. YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. Call the Peripheral Customer Support Department at 580/332-6581 for an RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) working days. FOR SECURITY REASONS, IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT HAVE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO YOU BY OUR RECEIVING DEPARTMENT. Return merchandise in the original packaging material with any accessories or manuals included, and includes a copy of the original invoice. Replacement or credit will be delayed if invoice is not provided. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. SHIP RETURN PACKAGES BY A MEANS REQUIRING OUR SIGNATURE, FOR YOU PROTECTION. DO NOT SHIP BY ORDINARY PARCEL POST OR MAIL (unless certified or registered mail). Customer assumes all liability for returned product until Peripheral's Receiving Department receives it. Upon repair, Peripheral's selected carrier will ship your merchandise postpaid to you. Read Peripheral's limited Warranty and Disclaimer for information on warranties provided by us, and by the manufacturer of some products we distribute.
The Customer Support Department will directly control all transactions involving returned merchandise authorizations, refunds, cross-shipments, exchanges, and replacements. Direct interaction with the Customer Support team members will ensure all customers receive the highest quality and most efficient customer support available.
