Crafted Poorly
The product is innovative, easy to use and fun. However it had flimsy hinges on the comfort wrist pad and broke. I'll still use it but I was disappointed in the poor craftsmanship. I like the product and will probably look for one that is better made. I'll use this one til then.

Easy plug & play
Just plug in booted up and was playing DDO. the game alows me to change any key I wish too. Can turn off the silly lights under unit. All my charters in game start with name Freon
