Unbalanced
The handle is towards the side, so if you use it exclusively to carry, it is lopsided, side-heavy and just downright awkward. Color and designed are attractive for the price and I've even had a few positive comments about its looks, BUT there are much better bags out there that are just as attractive and much more functional. I expected more from Microsoft; Mr. Gates much have missed the quality control on this one.

Serves its purpose
I like the agility of the bag but I wish it had more padding. Has a lot of storage room.
