HTPC users needing (low profile) be advised
I bought this for my HTPC. Functionally, it is flawless 1080P, Bluray, 720, HDMI (vid and sound)etc. But, be advised, if you plan to use this specifically because it is low profile, the heat-sink wraps around both sides of the board and stands about .25-.5

It works as advertised
Installed on Win7 64bit, and works great with HDMI out. No problem with HD play, and it didn't add any more noise. Shouldn't expect the best performance as it is not for performance.

Great for the price!
Have been running for like 2 weeks already, playing Black Ops and Dead Space. I cant expect the best grafics but really enhanced the gaming experience. I can play WoW with grafics level set to high at around 35 FPS in crowded places and long view distances...
