Don't waste your money
RAID card only works if you have ALL the same size drives regardless of the settings you specify on the back of the unit. It works great with USB 3.0, no problem with that. The other thing I might mention is taking the case apart (seems like) is not as easy as it sounds.

Great HD Case
i got this case because my mother board does not support raid and case comes with a raid card. it has very good cooling for the HD's in it. the fan has lights on it, but i did not buy it for lights, if i wanted lights i would have bought a xmas tree, it would be a lot cheeper.
