Hopeful replacement
We were happy to receive this unit, since our old one bit the dust a year ago. Two days after it was delivered, we hooked it up and deck 'A' would not play, rewind nor fastforward. Deck 'B' did work as expected. We called seven days ago and were told we would be getting a return shipping label. Nothing yet. Thank you.
