solid cheap cpu
It installed in the MB fine, which was surprising given that this was my first build and the MB socket didn't look like any pictures I'd seen; I was sure I'd break something. Obviously, you shouldn't expect blazing speed from a single-core chip (I haven't tried to overclock it yet), but it's as fast as could be expected.

Excellent CPU and Awesome Price!!!!!
I have this in one of my computers that I use for gaming with an ASUS board with a core unlocker and it is unlocked as an Athlon X2 dual core runing AT 2.8 Ghz. I also put this in my niece's computer and it runs perfect for her. Just upgrade the CPU cooler to a thermal max or something similar cause the factory cooler kinda sucks and makes it run a little hotter than I like. Great CPU and works flawlessly.

Good CPU for price
this is my 2nd Sempron 145 CPU works great in office,one is paired with Biostar and other with ECS boths works great.with ECS mobo it opens 2nd core and becomes AMD Athlon II X2 445 .I personally recomend this CPU for simple home and office use.

Nice
This was used in a rebuild for my grand daughter. Single core but she doesn't need all the bells and whistles yet. Easy to install. Good price also....

works great for my internet and email machine
I paired this up with a Biostar N68S3B MOBO -it all works perfectly. I like it so much, I plan to build another system with these components.
