Works as stated
to the other reviewer ,your computer has a mini display port not a mini dvi - you really cant blame the adapter for your mistake.

Wrong cable hard to review
I thought i would be able to connect this to my Mac book pro and to my TV but the cable does not fit. Seems like i really needed a mini, mini dvi
