Presto! PrintCentral provides control over what you print, reduce paper and saving ink and toner while helping the environment! You can delete unwanted pages, remove graphics, print black and white or even print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper.

PrintCentral acts like a printer and all the print documents will be displayed so you can easily re-organize and eliminate wasted paper print outs. The interactive UI displays real-time changes. 

Document Layout

• l Place multiple pages from various prints to a single sheet, options of 1, 2, 4 and 8 pages.
• l Select the page(s) you wish to print.
• l Set the margins and binding area.
• l Capable of re-ordering pages.

Match Printing

• l Import an image as a background template, print and rescale your contents to fit into it. The background image is for reference and will not be printed.
• l Use well-defined layout templates for special purpose print out.

Print Microsoft Office Documents

• l Print Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents directly to PrintCentral without launching Microsoft Office.

Convenient Tools

• l Double-sided printing capability.
