A Very Good Fan
I found this to be a very good fan. It does move a good amount of air and cools well. As for the noise, I find it quite tolerable but if it is too load for you, simply use the the extra reduction cable that is included with it. The cable reduces the voltage and current in half and slows the fan down. This makes it more quiet as well. Keep in mind that it will also reduce the air flow and cooling as well. I do recommend this fan.

Quiet and moves alot of air
Very even, low sound level. The 2 speed cable option is nice if your MB does not have fan control for a 3 wire.

Strong intake fan
Currently using this as an intake fan on a Thermaltake basic mid tower.( other 3 fans are Aerocool X static 80mm)almost dead silent. I recommend this fan for those that do not want to spend 30+ for some of the higher velocity and CFM fans.
