Awesome secondary TV

I purchased this TV as a bedroom unit, been using it for a few months now and love it. quality is exactly as expected for this price. i can't speak to its cable tv capabilities as I've only used the HDMI inputs on it but I've been very satisfied.

Freezes and Returns to Menu

This is my first review though I have bought many items. This TV seemed to be a good deal for the money but it freezes (as other reviewers have noted) and returns to its menu to scan channel programs and run its initial setup. You cant exit it. You're forced to rescan for channels and it takes about 30 minutes to complete. Then you can watch tv for a few and it will happen again...I didn't open the tv immediately and unfortunately its been past 30 days so I cant return it. Total waste.

Sound is weak, tv freezes

Bought this as temporay holdover. Disappointed with sound. When I channel surf it freezes up and goes back to programming wizard. ?

Monitor with a free TV

Couldn't beat this deal anywhere. Shipping was fast and product works great. Only needed a monitor, so the TV is a bonus.

Great Value AND performance

Just needed this as an extra TV for home office. Set up was almost non-existent. Great TV!

Bad color

impossible, to have real colors too pale, I'm disappointed

Mixed opinion on this one

I wasn't expecting a top notch, top quality TV for $129 but I guess I was looking for a little better than I got. Picture clarity is good but colors and tint are not that great especially if you run basic cable into the tuner. Light colors are really washed out. OTA HD signals are good but again it's difficult to find just the right color settings. I'm using component video inputs from a 480p dvd player and that's a good picture. I'm not using any HDMI connections so I can't comment on that. Tint does not appear to be adjustable in any mode I've used. I'm also getting the recurring initial setup screen like another reviewer. Haven't checked with the manufacturer to see if there is a fix. I was just looking for a decent TV for the bedroom and I guess it's not bad for the price and the limited amount of time I use it as long as I can fix the setup screen problem. On a positive note, there are plenty of inputs.

While the features are nice and you can't complain about picture quality the performance leaves a lot to be desired. No matter how many times I go through the set up phase it requires it done every 2 minutes or so, which is why I rated the value so low. A bad product is a poor deal at any price. I've been a customer for years and this is the first bad product I've bought. Loved the store, hated the tv.

My wife use it for her PC and has no problems at all. Clear, Crisp and Beautiful to look at.
