Better than others I have
I purchased two for may last build and they became out of stock for my next build and to add to my first build. I have to settle for different model that does not have the Light Scribe feature.

After difficulty, I can play Blu-Ray movies
When I was building my new PC, I tested with an old monitor with low resolution. It would not play Blu-ray movies. After a lot of research, I found it was because of the low resolution monitor. All is well now since I used my other higher resolution monitor. It would help if there were some instructions on this issue. The drive works just fine now.

Fast drive
I bought this drive as an addition to my media center tower, and it really has aided me in starting to burn our HD home movies to blu-rays. I have tried to play blu-rays with the bundled PowerDVD software and unfortunately, the software doesn't work as advertised. Each movie i try says it isn't compatible and the program crashes. Even upgrading to PowerDVD 12 doesn't fix the problem. Other than that, the drive is fast, it does tend to vibrate a bit in my tower, but i think i need to re-seat it in the bay again. Definitely a good buy
