Warning; Product not as shown and demo'ed
Came without the case, which was the main reason I paid extra for this model. What you get is not what's described, pictured or in the video demo. Connector is diiferent too and 5v power is missing. The 5v power missing is not a big deal, but the connector is different than the other external 2.5 cases I have, with no carrying case there is no place to carry the special cable. Drive fit was poor too, drive did not easily fit inside case.

First Enclosure
First time for me to buy an enclosure for a hard drive.. So, I didn't know what I was doing, but it was extremely simple!! When I got it I put it together with no missing pieces or screws and transferred a couple gigs of files over. Everything ran smoothly with no conflicts between my external hard drive and my laptop. Didn't leave it on long, but it wasn't getting hot. All in all I say it was a great buy!!

Works Well But Not Without A Few Flaws
I bought two of these for use with a couple of 2.5 inch SSDs. I went with this brand since it specifically states that they will work with SSDs which they do so no issues there. My main gripe is that one worked perfectly out of the box however the second one was missing one of the screws that holds the chassis in place and the blue LED doesn't work. The drive still works so not a big deal but it makes me wonder how long it will last.
