defective
I bought this as a present for my son who uses Ventrilo to chat while playing World of Warcraft. Extremely low output and loud buzzing sound. checked volume control properties, everything configured correctly. Must have been defective. will return for a different audio solution.

Not enough volume
I bought this unit for my son to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking. The gain is so low that it has to be held right in front of his mouth. This defeats the whole idea of using a desktop mic.

Fail on quality
This worked not too badly for two days, though the noise suppression is iffy. Then it failed with ''USB Device not Recognized'' on both my desktop and my laptop. If it works, it's not bad for the price. Don't lose the box or the bill.

Nice looking
Item didn't work on 4 different comp with two different voice systems. Items are being returned. Purchased a different brand from you and it works perfectly Seems to be excellent product Support and sales personel were great and the service was excellent
