Good but could be better
Good product but once you label the cd with a group number it can not be played with other groups. For example if you have 3 groups and want to play cds from 2 of the groups it wont let you. its either all cds or 1 group at a time.

Great service, better than average product
Thanks guys! Your service was great. The disc changer is great once it's filled up and all the info is put in. Although this does take a bit of time! The one big problem that we've found is that it skips on a LOT of CD's. It seems to be made to put in a brand new CD and then you're off and running. But if the CD's are burnt, or not-so-new, they tend to skip. Even when those same CD's seem okay in other players, the Sony changer is very sensitive. Other than that, great product that once you figure out the input of info, and which CD's won't skip, it's a lifesaver on the music front if you happen to not want to deal with music all day - yet have great stuff on in the background. Thanks again!

A good product
I like most of the features of the disc changer, especially the digital output which lets me use the digital sound feature of my amplifier. I find the changer easy to load and use. BUT the changer does not recognize most of the CD identification so I will have to input these manually if I want to know which one is playing.
