good solid product
Had it for a month so far. plug in, add dsl password & boom done. Used the wizard set up option (you can reset if you make a mistake because the setup wording was a bit hard to follow) Works well with teksavvy (Canada's bell dsl) Its behind a router so I did not use all the extra features included.

Only thing missing is a port to plug in the phone as well (my old actiontec had that!)

Didn't work with my DSL provider
Small light weight seems to work but will not work with my new DSL provider's equipment. Can't send it back for refund or exchange.

Faster than old Westall
This was much faster than my previous 8 yr old modem. Worked great for two weeks and now every once in a while I drop my internet connection? Very quick recovery though. Put a fan on it to verify proper cooling. I can live with this one. Much better than old one.

Great Modem replacement!
Glad I got this upgrade modem since the one been using is like 7-8 years old and over heats. This Modem keeps pretty cool and does a better job then my old DSL one ever did.
