Good product for the price
Like: - reads everything I have thrown at it. - easy to use - good product for the price so far Dislike: - heat it generates - hooking up an external hard drive makes it more difficult to find the files you need.

Great Product
Works as it says it does. Only thing is I wish it would keep movies organized some how, but not a big issue, plays perfect, hooks up easy, and easy to use remote. Perfect fix for what I wanted.

Cheap and Easy
I had no problem hooking this product up, and getting it working. I had never watched Netflix or Divx movies without going through a computer, and this product has changed my viewing habits. It's played every divx format that I've thrown at it so far (played from a portable USB drive), and I have yet to see a movie stutter or pause. It would be nice if the interface were slightly snappier (when picking something to watch), but I have to remind myself that it isn't a laptop. When I first got it plugged in, it downloaded and updated itself, which resulted in additional features and that was a nice surprise.

This thing is awesome!
Let me start by saying that I agree that the remote that come with it should be improved and that the interface is the best in the world, but I would still buy this again for the image quality and the playback options that it offers. I no longer need to burn movies into DVDs, I have my own library that I can access, view and review and best of all the quality is awesome!

Not Good
It didn't even turn on. Seagate's customer service wasn't helpful. They were polite and tried to help. Their suggestion when the unit wouldn't work at all was to find another TV. I only have one. I am not buying another one. This company was great. Once I had contacted Seagate with no success, they accepted the return with no problem.
