When it works
Great computer when I can get to start up or wake up once it goes into a sleep mode! When first got it out of the box plugged all components into system followed with power cord. Push the on button, the button lit up but nothing happens monitor was black screen and nothing? I pushed the on button for 5 sec until it shut down. Counted 10sec re-pushed on button, same same? Once again using the on button I forced it to shut down, I unplugged the unit from power - counted 10sec and tried again. This time system came alive! Everything seems to work great, great processor speed, Windows 7 up and working great, tons of Ram & hard drive space! Next morning system was in sleep mode - nothing I could do would await the system, holding the on button down again until it shut down and restarted - same same goes directly to sleep mode. I have to unplug unit once or twice to get this thing to turn up and now I'm getting wearied monitor lines along with programs not activating! AAAHHHHHH!

Great product
I bought this computer to replace an old Dell. I needed more power to edit video and my hard drive was quickly filling up. This computer has met all my expectations. Shipping was fast, and the product didn't have a scratch on it. The exterior design is very user friendly, and the speed is a big upgrade from my old computer. I would recommend this product.

Its a computer?
ah, my first computer, have had this unit for a month or something. Never came with a owners manual, something I read before hooking things up. Plugged stuff in, worked as i had expected using HDMI to my samsung 40

Can't Go Wrong With This Deal
Fast shipping and easy set-up. No cosmetic flaws for a refurbished and it works the way it's designed to. Setting up was a breeze and fast, fast, fast. Multi-tasking is a priority for me and this machine has dealt with everything I've thrown at it so far. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, especially with the price we paid. I've always bought HP, but tried a similar Gateway about 3 months ago and was thrilled. Bought this one and am equally happy. Will buy Gateway again.

It was ok
Nice desktop, when i got it. Tried to hook my cable to it, the tv turner card was not found. Ok no big deal then a couple weeks later my onboard LAN went bad. There is only a matter of time before something else goes bad on the motherboard.
