What a Lemon
I purchased one of these unit for my bedroom back in march 2011, being that my 12,000 btu was performing fine which is also a Frigidaire product. The first week of June 2011 my son and I unpacked the mount with window bracket. Turn the unit on and I'm still waiting on the cool air. Oh yeah, did I mention that my 12,000 cease to work also after approximate 14months later.

Tenant thinks it is great!
This was for a rental residential property we manage. The tenant is thrilled and says it works great! The maintenance tech said the install was simple. Based on comping other units available locally and online, this was a very good price (even with shipping).
