Unexpected product failure

While this product seems to be a good value for the price, with both a car charger and an adapter, my mp3 player unexpected stopped while using the adapter. After about 20 times, i went back to the old one and did not have the problem. While the sound quality was good, the player stopping is unacceptable.

Better than described.

Quality reproduction of sound. nice long cords, sturdy construction. I must say it is a better product than I thought it would be. Unuaual in this day & age.

Great option over buying new stereo

My son bought a used car with a factory radio-cassette. No CD, no MP3 interface. Since the factory radio faceplate is huge, and contains the knobs for the AC, heater, and other functions, you can't just replace the radio. It's all one piece. This cassette adapter saved us about $500 or more from a stereo makeover. He can now hook up his eyepud (no brand names allowed) and play it through the cassette. Sound quality is very good and we don't hear the engine noise or other interferance through the radio like with less quality products. It also comes with a 12V charger, so he can listen and charge at the same time. The cassette plugs into the eyepud headphone jack and would work with any MP3 mini headphone plug. The 12V charger is eyepud specific. If you don't need it, sell it on an auction site - the cost is low enough to solve your MP3 problems easily without the charger.
