love this laptop
I don't normally like laptops. I bought this for my boyfriend overseas because his was crud. So after a lot of thorough research on the quality and battery life of this model, I purchased it. I have to say that I'm jealous I had to send it out, lol. It's extremely easy to figure out. The webcam quality is far better than others I've seen.

Great laptop
This computer does everything I need it too... namely browse multiple webpages at once, use Hulu and Netflix, and upload and download video and photos. The only thing I don't love is the battery life. Not sure if that is the result of this being a refurbished product or not, though. Overall a great value.

One of the best deals in my life
There eas only one software problem i was getring but it was simple to repair. This is a great laptop for the price and you can consider it to be a new laptop for that is how it looks.

Great value for the money
Product worked from the time I took it out of the box. There are a few things loaded that I am totally ignorant about. Some documentation would be helpful, but I am muddling through OK. After all, it is a refurb. All in all, it is what I expected. I might add that I am running Win XP in virtual mode along side Win 7 and am able to switch between the 2. Outlook express does not run on Win 7, so had to do this to save everthing. The 500 G HD was perfect for doing this as well as the 3 gigs of memory. All in all I would do it again.
