It is speaker wire
This speaker wire is a very small gage, but it gets the job done. Needed it for smaller satilite speakers, and it works fine. Would recommend heavier gage wire for your main speakers.

excellent
Even with shipping cost, beat the pants off what I could have picked it up from competion. Then the great thing was it was delivered. No gas or trip. One of the other reviews says thinner wire than home, but my spaeker wire has always been this size. Whether 70 stereo or my surround a sound. I just moved and misplaced the speaker wire.

As good as expected
The right cable for the job. I needed this size cable for running a compact stereo to the remote speakers which required a thinner cable than regular home speakers. This cable is of excellent quality and did the job just right. I highly recommend it!
