Go to another manufacturer
I have 8 of their backups. The batteries don't last and replacements are overpriced. The server unit is useless. Just replaced the battery and it still won't keep a charge. Bought another brand unit and this unit is going in the dumpster despite the cost of the original and the replacement battery. I can't afford to have our server crash from power loss.
