EXCELLENT LAPTOP FOR THE PRICE
HAVE HAD IT FOR 2 YRS PLUS AND NEVER GAVE ME ANY PROBLEMS. AND STILL RUNNING STRONG.UP GRADING TO AN ALIENWARE AND KEEPING THIS AS A SPARE

We've had trouble with our NV7310U
We purchased our Gateway NV7310U Refurbished Notebook PC about 7 months ago and we were very happy with it. However, the machine has increasingly been powering down on it's own when used heavily such as with gaming or watching videos online. I suspect the video card is under powered and over heating. The product comes with a limited warranty from Gateway so we are out of luck. If you choose this lap top, ensure you factor in the price of an extended warranty. Given the choice, I would not buy this product again.

Love it!!
The only complaint I actually have is the battery life. I thought it would be longer, I could have an unrealistic expectation of how long it should be lasting; I saw no imperfections on my unit. I've gotten more compliments on the look of it as well as the performance. The keyboard doesn't seem to be any different than one on the Acer products, and it does take very little to adjust to, it's a minor adjustment for great quality video cam, graphics of all kinds. It's an excellent deal. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in getting a laptop.

Great Computer - Good Delivery
I see that this model is current unavailable - Pity. Mine came within the predicted time and worked flawless out of the box. Really enjoying the big screen and Windows 7. Wouldn't know that this was a furbished machine as it looks brand new. Not the best keyboard but I prefer an external keyboard anyway. Internal speakers are very good. Would buy again!
