I love it, but it stopped charging (Brand New)
It didn't even last 2 months. I absolutely love this earpiece otherwise. Its exactly what I was looking for in an earpiece. Stylish, lightweight, no ear clip (just sticks in the ear hole), quality sound - in and out, lanyard option, charging case. Now i cant get it to charge back up. This blows. :(

Great while it lasted, Pnatronics never again
I purchased this headset in the fall and loved it until it died 4 months later. I contacted Plantronics and they sent me a refurb replacement. The replacement died within 6 weeks, Plantronics only offers 1 warranty claim per device. Basically spent all that money for less than 6 months of use. It did perform as other reviewers claim but does not last. I treated it like jewelry, didn't use it every day either, so I have no idea why it couldn't hold up any better.

Awesome!
Comes with it's own carry case. Battery lasts the longest of any of these types of products that I have tried.

The Best Device I've Ever Had
Sound to and from this device is fantastic. Those speaking with me have no trouble hearing. Sounds no different than from on the phone itself for quality. Also, love the charging device that comes with it. The Bluetooth never runs out of juice!
