Good hardware, limited compatibility
I am brand loyal to ATI, and from a hardware standpoint I cannot complain. But one thing I did not realize is AMD's poor driver compatibility with Intel. Namely sockets X58 and X79. With that being said, I would recommend this card, but if you are not ready to do some research and deal with some potential frustration I would recommend Nvidia, as shameful as that is to admit.
