Works
Mixed feeling on this one, I found it a little difficult to get mounting into my case especially up at the top rear corner. I did end up trashing it eventually because it was a hastle to take out and put back in.

Lowerd my CPU by 16 deg. C
I will never leave my stock fan on again. Price was perfect. Since I was moving all my parts to a new tower, that made for an easy installation. well worth the time an money!! A+++

Great buy for the price
This fan outperforms its' price tag. It's a solid design that runs efficiently and quietly. I used a LGA 775 specific model of this fan for 3 years in a gaming PC and it worked great. I only had to replace it because I let dust build up in the case. As a note to that, don't buy this fan as a replacement unless you are willing to take your motherboard out of the case. Great for an initial build on a budget.

Cool
First off, don't be intimidated by the installation process. It looks complicated, but if you read the instructions first and use all the parts included then it becomes very simple. Yes, you must remove the motherboard to mount the bottom bracket. But this was a new build, so the motherboard was already off for me. It's not that hard to take off your motherboard, just tedious, but let's not be lazy folks, some things take a little effort. Once you're done and it's all in, then you'll be glad you took the extra effort. It istalled great and works great, I'm happy with this fan, and so is my computer. q;o)

Great Cooler
Great bang for the buck. Using it with a Q9550 quad core and running windows 8 developer preview and it's keeps the core temp at 37c. So I'm happy, I'm going to overclock so we'll see how it handles that.
