Good bag for 13-14 inches laptop
I just bought a 13.3 inches laptop and was searching for a smaller bag than the on I already had for my 15.6. It does the job well, lack a little of space, but that's to be expected.

Good solution for a small case
Bought this to carry a 13 inch macbook - nice and small, good solution when don't have a lot of stuff to bring with you. Enough room for charger. Had some problems with strap (padding was on wrong side of the buckle so had to fight to get buckle through the channel on the padding in order to lengthen the strap) but once it was through was OK.

Excellent Value
This is a good looking bag and a perfect fit for my 14 inch Lenovo. Sure you might need a stronger solution if you're shouldering it through airports on a regular basis. I'm not, so its just perfect for me.

Strap ripped after short usage.
It's really cheap, and during the time I had it; it worked great. Sadly after a week or two later the strap broke after I stuffed my 14 inch laptop and miscellaneous parts and pieces and it suddenly just ripped straight out the side. It does look really cheap though, and on the website it looks moderately professional. I still use it however, I just stuck the strap inside a band on the side and tied it together.
