These 120mm Fan Filters

These work great!! - After only having them for 2 weeks, and I have 4 of them on my Ultra X-Blaster case(Front,Bottom & 2 on the side). They have stopped the dogs hair, wife's hair & do a pretty good job with the dust as well from getting into the case. To clean, I just set vacuum on low suction and with a brush attachment clean them & WALLA!! their clean, that's it & your done - until next month.

Good

Stops a lot of hair and dust, they stretch easily so i wouldn't wash them. i vacuumed them after a month while i left them attached.

Works for the price

While I would not consider these to be the best air filters out there, they do the job enough to reduce significantly the amount of dust, hair, and pet dander there is. Some does still get in, but not nearly the amount you would expect from an unfiltered system. While I was not able to test these in a high airflow environment, and not be able to test them on high airflow fans, I have tested them in a high dust area and they significantly reduced the amount of dust that came in. I would not hesitate to offer people the info to purchase these.

Wont buy again

They are larger than the typical 120mm fan, so if you have tight spacing for the width of your fan, it makes for a bad buy. The filters are pretty low-grade. My stock mesh grill on my front case fans will do a much better job. Good for keeping out things like hair or maybe other things like that, but not very good for dust. The plastic guards are pretty flimsy, I cracked one just opening the package with a pair of scissors. Not a terrible product, but I wont buy again.

Nice...

Easy to install, filter does its job and very easy to remove and clean. It prevents dust yet it doeas not prevent air flow, simply great... I would pay a little more if extra foam filters were included as they have a tendancy to stretch a little after each cleaning.
