works great, has drivers for everything
I started looking for a new wireless adapter after upgrading my desktop to win7x64 - this upgrade caused my existing wireless card stop working correctly - the company went out of business and new drivers were not available.
The D-link adapter has drivers for nearly all systems out there: xp, xp-64m vista, vista-64, win7, win7-64, win8, win8-64 and even linux!!!
Definitely thumbs up for this company for making it's hardware work with all systems. If all hardware manufacturers provided linux drivers for their products I would have said goodbye to Microsoft Windows long time ago.

Nice small size, easy set up, great range and speed of connection. Great adapter with small footprint.
Perfect replacement for internal wireless adapter
The oem internal wireless adapter in my Dell D610 was going bad. Constantly losing connection and failing to recognize. I installed the D-Link usb adapter in about 15 seconds and it works perfect. I disabled the old adapter and now have a stable link to my home wi-fi all the time
Working great after a couple weeks
I bought two. One runs on a Windows 7 Toshiba laptop that used to run Vista. On Vista, this puppy seemed to NOT like to wake up very well from sleep mode. Since I upgraded to 7, this adapter works great. On the other machine, an XP netbook, it sometimes doesn't wake up from sleep, but a quick reboot seemed to fix the issue. I would consider buying a couple more of these. For $15 or whatever it was I paid, it was well worth it.
