cheap camera system , doesnt last
had my 8 camera system for 1 yr now and the 2nd dvr and now failed and 4 of the 8 cameras have FAILED SO IF YOU DONT MIND 500.00 A YEAR FOR A NEW SYSTEM THEN THIS A A GOOD DEAL

Great Deal for the Money
I bought the four camera system first because I was afraid it might not be all that he was said to be. After using the system for one month, I went back and bought the eight camera system because the performance was great and I only paid just over a $100.00 for the system. I gave the four camera system to my daughter. They are happy and I am too!

Good deal, but difficuties
Awesome deal for the price, but we needed to buy longer cables and the manual is unclear on a LOT! I think that this will be a great system if I ever figure out how to use the features, but I can't even figure out how to view more than one channel when reviewing video.

Poor Manual -Access only from comp with Net Viewer
1. Since Net Viewer is required to access to the DVR via internet, one can access to the DVR with his own computer. You can not access to DVR from public computers such as hotel computers, workplace computers, library computers that does not have Net Viewer. So the claim that you can access to the DVR from anywhere is not truth. You can access to the DVR anywhere if you can carry your own computer with Net Viewer. That means you can access to the DVR as long as it from only one place: your own computer. 2. On page 20 of the manual, there is a section called Accessing the DVR through IE but this section does not mention the need of Net Viewer. There are no instructions on installation Net viewer and AVI converter but you can find instruction on how to use these programs on section 6 and section 5.2.9. How can you use the programs without installation?
