A poor choice
Door sensors that do not turn off when the disarm code is entered, dials out but the phones dont ring, faulty motion sensors, need I go on. There are better products out there at a similar price that work, try them.

Bad quality, defective
Only one of the Infrared detector activated the alarm. The other RF detector never synced with the control panel. The only working IR detector is very slow to activate the alarm,when it does. Window detector worked only on manual alarm, not on RF alarm. Opening door never activated the remote alarm. Side magnet of the main control panel never activated the alarm, completely useless magnet. But the panel seems to activate-deactivate the system correctly. No beep is audible after recording alarm message after 10 sec like specified in manual page 5. The siren module does not blink each 5 sec like stated in the manual to show it is working, however, after disconnecting it from the wall,it started blinking. Some other minor things that does not work as advertised in the manual. Overall, very bad quality product missing some quality assurance. I tested 4 modules in the box and 3 were defective. (keypad, ir sensor and window sensor were defect, one ir worked)

A cheap buy is not always a a good buy
Got system, main control panel was not working, neither was the numeric pad. Called their customer service - called 4 times, where 2 times they would call me back - with no one calling back of course, before I got right person. Finally, they tell me to send this back, AT MY EXPENSE. Unit is NEW, and NOT WORKING. Haven't been able to install even, and already I dislike this company. If one's customer service is that bad, I guarantee you that the product can not be any better. So I just blew 155 dollars (item plus cost of shipping back). PS - I am a company owner, and treat my customers the way I would want to be treated, and beyond. FYI for the folks who made system - This is NOT how anyone wants to be treated.

worst factory customer service ever!!
stateside help is great, but if its a technical problem forget about it. box it up and send it back, it will be easier in the long run. in all fairness the system works except for 1 sensor but to date customer service has yet to provide an intelligent response
