So far, so good
I just hooked this up today. It took some time to download the proper drivers for my printer because Windows Update was not cooperating with me. I was very happy that the adapter worked as I expected. I probably should have bought a longer one because my computer is farther away from the printer than I had calculated. Hardware needs to be rearranged. I'm very pleased so far. Of course, I just printed one page to see if it worked. Hopefully, it will continue to work well.

Just what I expected!

Did what I needed it to do
Needed a longer cable for a local printer in the office. So this fit the bill. Working great, moved the tower back to it's original location.
