Fast & Easy!
Easy setup and easy install. The mounting bracket didn't match with the standard brackets but once past that this thing is a piece of cake to setup and install.

Spotty performance, terrible documentation
The user manual is poorly written. The repeater is not reliable. When it works, it is very powerful, but it also appears to interfere with the source access point rather than repeating it at times. There does not appear to be documentation on how to improve the repeater performance. Would not purchase again.

Best product of this type I have ever had.
It is great. What more needs to be said? It has the longest range of any AP even at much higher prices. I have two of these on our net work. One is configured as an AP and covers a huge area on two floors with 5 bars to every corner. The other is configured as a universal repeater and is in a building about 150 feet away and is being fed by outside AP EnGenius EOC 2610 and provides 5 bars of service throughout that building. I have 4 of the 9550s providing wireless access through our church which is a huge brick, steel, plaster construction with three floors and a basement. WiFi is available anywhere in the church. These are great working, unobtrusive, wide range instruments. If that is what you are looking for I would recommend you give the EAP9550 a shot. Oh! and get the EPE5818ef power injector for Power Over Ethernet making installation a snap.

Not exactly consistent
The product installed and was setup without any hassle, however it has been constantly timing out on data requests. We tried moving the AP to rule out interference and conducted a site survey as well. The Engenius support forums aren't moderated by the company and there's very little documentation available. Looks like it's going back!

Purchased Several
In the last few years I have been expanding the network I manage with WiFi and I have purchased around 6 of this item (over different models. These units are easy to setup and maintain (occasional reboots are the only complaint).
