Glad that I purchased this item
The original battery in my camera was heating up and the camera would not run right. Ordered this battery, replaced my old one with it and the camera is running as new now. Also, must note the fast shipping and delivery of the battery.

It's a Battery!
It took its first charge just fine. As it is a back-up unit, it won't get a real test for some time, but I expect it to live fully up to its name.
