INTERMITTENTLY WILL NOT POST AND HAD MEMORY ISSUES
System started out great. Until the 5 virtual machines, or until I hit the DIMM4 bank of memory hard. Then the system blue screened. This was the first time I powered off the machine. The machine refused to post until I changed something in the hardware creating a bios checksum change. That is the ONLY way I was able to get the machine to post and boot. This is intermittent along with intermitent beeps 1-4 short ones, all related to memory. This happens regardless of the memory configuration. GOOD NEWS: Ven-dor, so far, has been VERY, VERY helpful and supportive on their products. But they memory chip they sent did not work in either DIMM slot either... bios froze when attempting to look at properties for this chip--never seen that before. Well, due to the intermittent issues, I amm thinking about asking them for replacement motherboard--something is strange--intermittent-bad traces or something--with the board...
